Duties and Responsibilities: - Development of materials to support end user training solution (Instructor Led Training and eLearning) and assists in creation of data to support hands-on exercises
- Reviews course design to identify specific materials to be developed
- Interfaces with customers to gather information needed for materials development
- Executes tasks in an Oracle ERP system in preparation for documentation of tasks
- Develops various materials using desktop applications and training development accelerator software (work instructions, sims, concepts based on existing materials, exercises) such as Oracle's User Productivity Kit (UPK) or RWD's uPerform
- Applies documentation standards to produce project deliverables
- Tracks deliverables through review and revision processes
- Supports classroom delivery; does not deliver training
- Conducts research and assists in the creation of eLearning prototypes
- Assists in creating interactive courseware using Adobe Creative Suite, including Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar tools
- Collaborates and communicates with other developers, instructional designers, and graphic artists

| Required Qualifications: |
- Bachelor’s degree or 1 - 2 years experience in training, education or instructional design principles
- Experience working with communications practices, principles and procedures
- Well-versed in standard Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Working knowledge of standard Adobe Macromedia products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks)
- Basic knowledge and use of multiple coding languages (read and write basic, HTML/DHTML/Action script/JavaScript/XML/CSS)
- Presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and work under strict time and production deadlines, while producing quality deliverables

| Preferred Qualifications: |
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a functional training role with emphasis on technology and business process training development and design
- Experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs, web-based training development, and asynchronous learning content
